Edison Home Model "A"

2 minute only

After the "suitcase" home, the red and gold banner on the case was replaced with the more familiar brown and gold banner. Moulding was placed around the edges of the lid.

The bedplate was now screwed onto a wooden frame that hinged in the back, allowing for easier lubrication and maintenance of the motor.

The spring-ball end-gate clamp was common to the model "A"s, and a shaver was supplied for reusing brown wax records. The model "C" reproducer was now standard, and the reproducer adjusment screw, seen in the early "suitcase" model, is now gone.
